Stemdrive Product Range of Fluidic Mixers

STEM Drive® is a range of patented fluidic sludge mixers for anaerobic & aerobic digesters, holding tanks, detention tanks, and storm tanks.

The STEM Drive® sludge mixer system maintains solids in suspension, controls odours and eliminates stratification within sludge tanks without ragging up.

No moving parts within the tank. External air, biogas, nitrogen or steam power source. Live tank installation an option.

The Stemdrive Mixer is available in three model types:

MkII rev-inlet – 100mm and 50mm models ( for use with high degree of large solids, rags, bags etc.

Hi-lift – 100mm and 50mm models (for use where there is fine settlement, eg grit).

In-Line – Dimensions to suit application (for use in process lines, transfer lines between chambers or tanks. Tank emptying umbilicals etc).
