OilField Services
The oilfield division of Twin Filter is active around the globe, onshore
as well as off shore, wherever the oil is that's where we serve our
clients. We specialise in innovative, robust, safe and effective equipment.
All our engineers have a broad experience in the oil industry so we
know what our clients needs are. Therefore we are ready to assist 24
hours a day.
You can find our products in oilfield brine filtration, treatment of
produced water, filtration of seawater and many more applications ranging
from the upstream to the downstream oilfield sector. Because filtration
covers a wide range of applications, our desk engineers are trained

Equipment
Twin Filter, after 15 years of industry experience, is renowned for
its excellent filtration equipment. At Twin anything is possible. We
build everything from standard duplex units, suitable for filter cartridges
and bags to high pressure fully certified self-cleaning filter units
capable of flow rates up to 2000 m3/hr and more. With Twin Filter filtration
equipment you will do an excellent filtration job with little maintenance,
no down time and safe and easy operation.

Consumables
Twin filter delivers top quality filter consumables from highly tested
and qualified materials. Top quality fibers, large surface areas and
professional manufacturing ensure better than excellent filtration efficiency,
superb dirt holding capacity and therefore longer lifetime of the cartridges.
Our scope of supply will suit any filtration job you require including
high pressure, high temperature executions and excellent chemical resistance.
Twin Filter pleated absolute cartridges are ranked by their Beta ratio.
This indicates the amount of particles larger than the specified filtration
degree that will be retained by the filter on one particle that will
slip through. Twin filter cartridges have a Beta ratio of 5000 which
means that they are 99.98% effective in removing particles larger than
the rated filtration degree!!
Wound nominal cartridges are usually capable of 50% effectiveness but
their benefit is a much larger dirt holding capacity which allows a
long lifetime of the filter.
Twin Filter is also supplier of oil adsorption cartridges. These cartridges
are unique in the industry since they can remove up to ninety five percent
of total hydrocarbons, dissolved and dispersed from produced water.
They can retain up to 3 times their own weight of pollutants including
some heavy metals. This allows discharge of water on sight at better
than acceptable levels cutting costs on logistics and expensive equipment
for treatment.
To save on operating time and reduce waste materials Twin Filter has
now developed the MAGNUMTM cartridge to ensure hassle free and efficient
change out of the filters. MAGNUM cartridges are available in several
micron ratings and also as oil adsorption media and are equivalent to
seven standard oilfield cartridges. This means that in stead of changing
50 cartridges per vessel you will now only change out 7 cartridges.
