Intercaps Ltd can supply and install complete filling lines from
start to finish for all types of user requirements.
Intercaps have also access to a large stock of second hand and
refurbished bottling and packaging equipment available.
This includes unscramblers, fillers, elevators, cappers, shinkwrappers

Intercaps Ltd has been contracted to design and install in September
2007 a complete bottling line for single cask malt whiskies by Signatory
Single Malt Whiskies. The line will be installed in the Scottish
distillery of Edradour. It comprises depalletising rinsing-filler,
labeller at 12 heads with three stations 2 self adhesive and one
wet glue, conveyors case erector with carton conveyors, case taper
& pallet shrink wrapper. Intercaps also supplied all new 10,000
litres storage silos tank with piping, filtration equipment with
chiller and heater unit and technical assistance in the project
design of the filling process inclusive of cask disgorging and blending
automated facilities.
Intercaps Ltd sells a complete 10ltr Bag In Box filling line for
water to Glencar Water of Sligo in the Republic of Ireland
in November 2007. This line is complete with automatic carton erector,
bag filler/capper, bag inserter and automatic carton closer. This
filling line will produce around 500bags per hour.

with 6/6/1 monobloc, linear self adhesive labeller with hot stamp

Our Premix/Carbonator is at the forefront of innovation in this
sector. Our machines are not driven by proportionate pumps which
need manually adjustments each time a new product changes and /or
water temperature changes which may cause foaming in the filling
process. The minimum configuration of our system is for 10,000 litres
per hour although it can be run at lower speeds. The major advantage
are the automatic flow meter of Swiss make (ENDRESS HAUSER) which
allow instant adjustments to the dosing level of concentrate in
the water. Water and syrup are mixed respectively by a centrifugal
pump with modulating valve and a lobe pump with inverter in a strictly
constant relation under magnetic flow meters control. A very flexible
instrument, it allows maximum variation of settings with extreme
ease and does not required specially trained personnel as do traditional
mechanical proportionate pumps
