Intercaps Ltd Deliver New Arol Capping Machine
for Rynex Engineering
Intercaps has recently delivered to Rynex Engineering of Uddingston
a specially designed capping machine produced by Arol of Canelli,
Italy, and destined to a major plant producing table salt in the
South of France. The capping machine, with 8 capping heads, was
specially designed to handle a variety of intricately shaped closures
for table salt dispensers applied to containers delivered to the
capper on pucks.
The equipment uses specially designed cap sorters and a unique
cap direction inverter to ensure the oddly shaped caps are correctly
sorted and applied at speeds exceeding 200 cpm. The Arol capper
forms part of a complete packing line designed and integrated by
Rynex Engineering.
This reputable whisky bottler has recently installed three new
all stainless steel elevators supplied by Intercaps, to ensure careful
handling of delicate non refillable closures. The new Intercaps
belt elevators substitute older air blowers which used to cause
damage to the type of closures involved which are heavy metal shells
