Virtual Reality Tours
Virtual reality tours sometimes known as VR is a technique using
your computer display to give you the feel of being in a particular
place.
At Redstone Media we create the most compelling
panoramic imagery for use on your web site or within your interactive
multimedia presentation. We can create virtual reality tours of,
art galleries, museums, homes, hotels, factories or anything you
want to portray to your viewers.

Our VR tour technology uses high resolution digital
images to create 360 degree panoramic scenes. These are taken at
the location using digital cameras and compiled in our studio into
seamless panoramic views with a variety of display angles. We can
also create virtual environments to show what is planned for the
future or of locations that are
We can create 'hot' zones within virtual reality
tour that allows the viewer to view items in picture, video or animated
format, they can traverse a map and click on a location to view
more details. Several virtual reality tours can be hyperlinked allowing
the viewer to fully explore the environment as thought they were
in reality there.
These can be created in different formats depending
on the application; such formats are Apple QuickTime VR, Livemedia,
linear JPEG and Applet mode that does not need any plug-in to be
installed for viewing are available. Different resolutions can be
provided from web safe for internet use to high resolution for cd-rom
presentation.

Redstone Media can create virtual reality images to help you display
products or objects even before they are made. We work closely with
engineers and designers in creating 3-D images that can be manipulated
in any way.
These are provided as animations in video
formats such as avi and mpeg. We also provide interactive virtual
reality images that the viewer can view and move in any direction.
These can have 'hot' hyperlinked zones that open text, pictures,
video or more VR media allowing the viewer to fully explore the
item from the outside and inside.

Animation is an ideal way of explaining how something works,
especially when it is a feature that is difficult to photograph,
video or even see with the naked eye.
Redstone Media strive to create innovative animations
that provide the viewer with interactive animated media. This can
include liquid flow, heating, cooling, rotation, and movement of
parts and interactions between components.
We also use animation to enhance web and
computer based (wbt/cbt) training media. Simple animations can add
a tremendous level of understanding to a subject where normally
used stills and text would not be effective.
