TransLink transfer adhesives - 130R

Available in thickness’ from 25 to 250 microns. The translink range is very broad based, so as to provide a number of potential solutions to the customer, for a very wide variety of
applications. Select the adhesive class and thickness, to optimise the finished products performance. Applications include adhesive backing of back-lit graphics, polishing abrasives and felts, go-kart and motocross decals, acrylic lettering.

TransLINK 130R transfer adhesive, is an extremely versatile, highly technical bonding system, designed to have a superior performance on a very wide range of substrates.

The highly crosslinked, pure acrylat adhesive offers a good initial tack, without adversely effecting its outstanding sheer and temperature resistance characteristics.

The high deposition ensures that TransLINK 130R also performs well on structured, textured and uneven surfaces and substrates.

This product is incredibly resistant to all environmental elements, including UV, aging, solvents, chemicals etc. TransLINK 130R is therefore an ideal solution for permanent, external, critical bonding, fixing and mounting applications, where the surfaces, substrates and environment may be considered to be extremely exacting.

Temperature Resistance: from - 40°C to + 170°C (long term) 230°C+ (short term).
According to ISTM D3654.
Method: area of 6.25cm2 with 0.5kg load @1700c for 10 000 minutes.
Result: No change.
