Parker Hannifin Takeover Domnick Hunter

A specialist in air purification for fizzy drinks companies has been snapped up in a deal with a US-based counterpart worth £215.7m.

domnick hunter, based at Birtley, said it had agreed a takeover by industrial products giant Parker Hannifin - a company that employs more than 50,000 people in 46 countries worldwide.
