The sixth edition includes material on the mechanism of the glass electrode and other ISEs, and provides coverage of the topic of equivalents and normality. The book revises the instrumental material to conform to modern physics standards and features a new chapter that develops perspectives designed to help scientists in all areas evaluate analytical data for their own purpose. Also included are chapters on spectroscopy and chromatography, more calculations and new end-of-chapter questions and problems.
