We do not have access to your Credit/Debit Card details. This information
is securely processed by our credit card clearing organisation called
WorldPay. WorldPay is a part of the National Westminster/Royal Bank
of Scotland banking group. WorldPay notify us only of the amount
paid, your name, address, delivery details and payment reference.
Redstone Media will never collect sensitive information about you
without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can
check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us at
sales@redstonemedia.com. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete
or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in
accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European
Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We use 'Cookies' and javascript on our web site, this is part of
how we process your order via WorldPay. It is necessary to have
'Cookies' enabled on your browser to enable you to purchase items
on the Redstone Media Web Site. We do not store any personally identifying
information, they enable us to store information about the items
and quantities you have ordered so that we can pass this on to WorldPay
for secure credit card order processing.
When you browse the Redstone Media Web Site, we may automatically
collect non-personal information about you such as the type of Internet
browser you use or the web site from which you linked to our web
site. You cannot be identified from this information and it is only
used to assist us in providing an effective service on our Web Site
and to improve our search engine ratings.
